excellent selection gluten-free options helpful staff small room limited space seedy location
the breakfast selection was excellent. they cater to gluten-free and vegetarian diets. staff members were friendly and helpful with directions.
the room was very small. there was not enough room for luggage. the location felt a bit seedy.

oh my gosh, the staff was super awesome. everyone was so nice and kind, it was like a party all the time. the breakfast was also really good and there were plenty of choices. the room was also quite big, me and my luggage fit with no trouble.
the room was a little bit small, to be honest, it wasnt huge. i also found just one towel for two days, that was not great. there was a shortage of hangers also.

wide choice friendly staff convenient location
the breakfast offered a wide choice of gluten-free and vegetarian options. the staff were friendly and very helpful with directions and information about the area. the hotel's location near the train station and tram stops made travelling convenient.
the bathroom wall did have a small, exposed hole where the toilet paper holder once was.

the room had air conditioning, a real plus on a hot day. breakfast included a good buffet.. especially the croissants. the staff stored my bike securely. the location is near bus and train stations.
i noticed a small stain on the curtains.

convenient proximity comfortable bed
the hotel's proximity to the flixbus stop was very convenient for my trip to toulouse. the room offered enough space and the bed was quite comfortable, ensuring a restful night. i appreciated the helpful staff.. they provided useful information.
the shower screen was too small. this resulted in water splashing all over the bathroom floor after each shower. i had to be extra cautious to avoid slipping, a bit inconvenient.
