oh my gosh, the staff was super awesome. everyone was so nice and kind, it was like a party all the time. the breakfast was also really good and there were plenty of choices. the room was also quite big, me and my luggage fit with no trouble.
the room was a little bit small, to be honest, it wasnt huge. i also found just one towel for two days, that was not great. there was a shortage of hangers also.

the bathroom wall did have a small, exposed hole where the toilet paper holder once was.

the hotel's proximity to the flixbus stop was very convenient for my trip to toulouse. the room offered enough space and the bed was quite comfortable, ensuring a restful night. i appreciated the helpful staff.. they provided useful information.
the shower screen was too small. this resulted in water splashing all over the bathroom floor after each shower. i had to be extra cautious to avoid slipping, a bit inconvenient.
